If you want to have a translation for ‚Geschnetzeltes‘ it would be „meat-cut-into-strips“. But I think the Austrian word is much more catchy.
What you need:
100g Soy Geschnetzeltes
1 clove of garlic (or not)
200g mushrooms (I prefer fresh champignons)
600-800ml vegetable soup
200ml soy cream
Well first of course you need to cut the onions and put them into a pan or pot with some oil. Then add the mushrooms and prepare the soy strips like decribed on the package. (put it into cooking water for about 3-5 minutes, then press out the water). Add the cooked soy strips. After everything looks well roasted, add the vegetable soup and spices. Finally add the vegan cream and add corn starch to make it more pasty. Serve it with rice, or whatever you like.
