This is a great dish if you have too much potatoes or you just want to eat something really hearty like in your childhood.
What you need:
Optional: Soja Cuisine, field salad
What to do:
(If you do not have any left potatoes, just cook some.) Use some oil to roast the onions in a pan. Afterwards cut the smoked tofu into small cubes and roast them in a very hot pan with olive oil. Spice the tofu with quite a lot of salt and some pepper. When everything is ready, serve the potatoes with onions and the vegan bacon (smoked tofu). If you like, serve it with field salad or put some soja cuisine on top.
